Once a month everyone at redpepper gets together for a much anticipated event known as Foodie Friday.
On the surface, Foodie Friday might seem like food show and tell. Beneath the surface, however, it’s more about celebrating food as a creative medium. It also strengthens the bond we have as cohorts and creates an opportunity to collaborate on a deeper and more personal level. Foodie Friday isn’t just about eating. It’s about nourishing our culture with teamwork and togetherness in an environment where deadlines can be hot or cold, and the deliverable is a clean plate and happy belly.
